My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was superb, making it easy to explore central Vienna. However, I found the service during breakfast chaotic, and some areas of the hotel felt underwhelming and outdated, not quite matching the Ritz name. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
